Chicken, sausage, and black bean burrito. Traditionally made with chorizo but I find the chorizo flavor just takes over too much so I settled on Andouille sausage. House made Adobo Sauce, lime crema, guac, pickled onions, and Cotija cheese. Thanks again to everyone for your messages and comments while I continue healing from my back and spine issue.
