New pit, who dis? I needed something that would survive the harsh Alaskan winters, and stand the test of time while still putting out some serious smoke. Very happy to say I’ve ordered my first @pittsandspitts, this model is called the Limo, and will fill a need for us that my tow behind can’t, and will outperform the residential Traeger models I have for volume by a more than double. You know, when you need to do more than 6 briskets, but less than 60, that’s where this will shine. Mine is entirely stainless and to my knowledge, there isn’t another like it. . Alaska has it’s challenges when it comes to smoking meats; availability of fuel, temperature, wild SWINGS in temperature, and many others. . So for me, someone who likes to serve smoked meat at -30F, there hasn’t been a better solution than the pellet smoker. And this is the pellet smoker to end all pellet smokers, for my money.
